Debt Shield

A personal planning tool to uncomplicate.life

For staying ahead of bills and credit cards when money is tight or the income is uneven. It works out what has to be paid, by when, and whether the money will actually be there — so a payment doesn't quietly slip past the point where it gets reported late.

One payment. No subscription. One device.

It plans to the date that matters

Most bills aren't reported to the credit bureaus the day they're late — they're reported at 30 days. Debt Shield works to that line, with a safety margin, so you know what can wait and what genuinely can't.

Your information never leaves your device

There is no account and no server holding your figures. Everything you type stays in your own browser, encrypted with a password only you know. We can't see it, and neither can anyone who picks up your computer.

It keeps working offline

Activation needs the internet once. After that it opens and runs with no connection at all — on a laptop, or on a phone you've added to the home screen.

Everything in one place

Bills, cards, income, accounts, a statement you can read like a bank statement, and what you own — the house, the truck, a CD, the tools — with what's still owed against it.

Two things worth knowing before you buy

There is no password reset. Because your information is encrypted on your own device rather than held on our server, nobody can unlock it for you — including us. If you forget the password, your backup file is the only way back.

So the backup is not optional. The app nudges you, it takes one click, and the file can be password-protected too. Keep it somewhere that survives the device dying.
